Don’t stay stuck another month, year, or decade

The reasons to change your drinking have been piling up:

🙈 It’s wreaking havoc on your sleep, leaving you low on energy and patience the next day.

🙉 You drink to “take the edge off,” but once it wears off you’re even more anxious.

🙊 You feel like a total hypocrite talking to your kids about the dangers of alcohol and how they don’t need it to have a good                           time.

🙈 It’s catching up with your skin and your waistline, and brain fog is starting to feel like a permanent condition.

So you decide to cut back or quit. You start strong,  but…

💢 You lose momentum and end up back to where you started.

💢 You trade drinking for another habit you don’t want.

💢 It’s harder than you thought it was going to be and you start to worry that this is a bigger problem than you realized or                       wonder if something is wrong with you.

Does this pattern sound familiar?

You’ve come to the right place

I completely understand how frustrating it is to feel stuck. But know this:

You aren’t broken, powerless or weak-willed. You have simply, inadvertently conditioned your brain to treat alcohol as a reward or as a solution to a problem

I can help you demystify your habit and create sustainable change so you feel happier and healthier and show up as the mom, partner, woman you want to be.

The program I have created shows you how to:

🌟 Handle urges and cravings in a way that rewires your brain and deprograms your desire for alcohol.

🌟 Understand the ins and outs of your habit – how it started, how it’s sustained, and what problem it solves for you.

🌟 Keep commitments to yourself and handle obstacles.

🌟 Apply a self-coaching tool to manage your mind and feel better so you don’t need to “take the edge off” at the end of the day.

Because our work together is one-on-one, I customize the program to meet your specific needs. There is no need to spend years on the drinking hamster wheel the way I did. My method works!

Now what?

First, we hop on a complimentary coaching call and have a conversation about what’s going on for you. I’ll share how we can get you from where you are to where you want to be.

We’ll discuss continued one-on-one coaching and you’ll walk away from the call with a practical tip you can use in your life right away.

Still not sure?

You may be thinking…

“This sounds nice, but I don’t have the time or money.”

Let’s be real for a minute. Think about all the small and big ways drinking steals time from you and your family. The low energy, forgotten memories, over-sleeping the day after, the lack of motivation. Ditto for the cost. How much do you spend on wine, cocktails, or beer at home or in bars and restaurants in a month? Now project that forward. By investing in yourself and changing your drinking, you will more than recoup your time and money.

“I should be able to do this on my own.”

This sounds like a great thought, but if it produces years of prolonged suffering, it’s not a useful one. I can help you see the blind spots that are tripping you up and illuminate the path to your goal.

“I doubt this will work.”

If, until now, you’ve been trying to drink less by counting days, distraction, relying on will power, avoiding friends and family who drink, and staying clear of places that serve alcohol, I completely understand why you’re discouraged. Those may work for a little while, but they aren’t sustainable, realistic solutions because they do nothing to rewire your brain or solve why you are drinking in the first place. My approach doesn’t rely on hacks or traditional methods (no shame, labels, or powerlessness here!). Instead, I incorporate coaching, cognitive psychology, and modern-day habit change tools to help my clients reach their goals.

“My drinking isn’t that bad. I haven’t hit rock bottom.”

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. We think it will be easier to quit when our back is against the wall, but it doesn’t have to work that way. If drinking is causing you suffering, that’s enough of a reason to change.

“I’m not sure I want to quit completely.”

This decision is 100% up to you! You may decide you want to keep alcohol in your life socially from time-to-time or on special occasions. The good news is you won’t be on auto-pilot anymore. Instead, you will be making decisions that are right for you.

Don’t stay stuck another month, year, or decade.
