HABITS CHANGE ONE CHOICE AT A TIME

Every Time we allow a craving to go unanswered by watching it and not bracing against it, we rewire our brain and change our habit.

It won’t change completely right away, but it’ll be a break in the wall and eventually the wall will come down.

Our brains love to be efficient. Once they understand that sending out that drinking chatter won’t result in a dopamine hit, the chatter will start to fade away.
