Last night I practiced getting better at watching Netflix. 😳

That’s not something I want to get better at. I’m kind of a natural at it anyway. 😉

It was fun in the moment. I was using it as an escape from packing for a trip.

This morning would have been smoother if I’d practiced being more disciplined last night.

This might seem like small potatoes compared to higher stakes habits, but we have tons of opportunities like this every day to practice mind management and doing things for the benefit of our future selves.
